A variety of maps relating to the existing and proposed flightpaths and the resultant noise profile

This map comes from an Evening Standard article on the extent to which a third runway would disrupt lessons for over 100,000 children. The map even excludes a significant number of schools in the Chiswick area.

Richard Jennings has produced his own representation of the two existing flight paths over Chiswick and the proposed route for the approach to a third runway, and this can be accessed here.

There is also a representation on Google Maps prepared by 'uncoolbob' which allows zooming in to individual street level.

This map comes from the Attitudes to Noise from Aviation Sources (ANASE) study, commissioned 6 years ago by ministers but ignored so far.

This map was prepared by Peter Eversden and shows the detail of the 50dBA contour from the ANASE study, as it affects the Chiswick area. The study described the impact of noise within this band as 'significantly annoying'.
